Music is available in different ways:
- On an exclusive basis for previously published music
- On a non-exclusive basis for previously published music
- On an exclusive basis where new music is commissioned

- Project brief or kaupapa
- General plan including projected timelines for completion, release and broadcast
- Territory for broadcast
- Method of broadcast (TV, cinema, corporate event presentation, internet etc)
- Title of Tiki track/s you require (or idea of genre or ideal track you might like)
- Duration of track/s you will use
- Suggested use of track (ie feature, theme song, background music etc)
- Term (ie how many days, weeks, months, years you wish to license the track/s for)
- Quantity of copies produced
- Wholesale and retail price of product
