Tiki is raising more money for Starship Children’s Hospital with proceeds from his latest single Over the Rainbow going to the Starship Foundation in support of Starship Kids. The song is a new take on an old classic and features as the soundtrack to Mercury Energy’s new TV brand campaign, which celebrates the concept of New Zealanders exuding “good energy” in their daily life.

NZ Police Drop Charges Against Tiki for their Arrest in Tauranga!!
Tiki was arrested in April at Tauranga's Illuminati nightclub after singing American rap group NWA's F*** tha Police while officers were dealing with an unrelated incident in the bar.

The four categories Tiki has been nominated for are Best Urban Hip Hop/RAP/RnB Album, Best Maori Male Solo, Best Song by a Maori Artist and Best Songwriter. The winner of each category will be announced on the night of the awards ceremony onThursday 8 September, at the Hawke's Bay Opera House in Hastings.
